We request you to go through the following terms and conditions

 Booking Conditions

All itineraries serve as a guideline and are subject to change to suit local conditions.

  • Our responsibility of providing the services as per the contract of the package tours will be valid under normal circumstances only.

  • All tour, package and inclusions are subject to our inability to provide the same as a result of acts of nature, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond our control. Our inability is due to any of the causes listed above, no claim you will make and no refund shall be made by the company. In case of any additional service provided because of above situations or flight delay/cancellations or on request made by the clients, we would charge the difference amount directly (unless otherwise advised by the principle agent).  

  • We reserve rights of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule) we will not be held liable for any claims.  

  • We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc; of any nature.  

  • In our Tibet, Bhutan and some treks programs, there shall be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations causing shortened trips.

  • The costs are based on the prevailing airfare, tax structure & entrance fees. If there is any change, it will be charged extra.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to book any programs with us directly or through any of our associated company. The balance of the payment is due 30 days before departure. If you are making reservation within the 30 days, full payment is required upon confirmation. The company reserves right to deny or make conditional acceptance for any booking request received less than 30 days before the departure date. We may ask for full payment in advance for all tours to Bhutan & Tibet and also for certain treks & tours in Nepal. The payments must be made in US dollars or any convertible currency upon our approval, cash or travelers cheque. Personal cheques are not acceptable.

Your reservation is guaranteed when full payment is received. Please choose from the following ways of payment:

Terms and Condition of the Payment 

Convertible Currency Approved by our National Bank

1.    The currency exchange rate due to the payment date

2.    Any claimed refund will be made as per the Foreign Currency Regulation Act of Nepal.

Not Included
Tour cost will never include expenses of a private nature, i.e.; laundry, drinks, telephone calls, meals (unless specified), insurance, airport taxes, excess baggage charges and all manner of gratuities.

Baggage

Infinity Tour cannot be held responsible for baggage. The company will always put its full effort and assistance in handling and the security of the baggage but it is the owner’s responsibility through out the entire duration of the trip.

Changes

Once a booking is confirmed, changes are subject to a $ 50 per change fee for any confirmed tour booking and the same is not applicable for Hotel Booking.
Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy:

         80% refund will be given to the cancellation made more than 45 days prior departure.
·
         75% refund will be given to the cancellation made 30- 44 days prior departure.
·
         60% refund will be given to the cancellation made 15- 29 days prior departure.
·
         50% refund will be given to the cancellation made 8-14 days prior departure.

But in any case there will be no refund in case of the cancellation made less than 7 days prior departure. There will be no refund for partial usage of the package.
The above policy will not be able to supersede any hotel’s or service provider’s cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation fees for air tickets will be in accordance with the airlines published rules and regulations as well as an administrative fee of $25 will be charged.

Hotel Booking’s Cancellation & Refund Policy:

         100% refund will be given to the cancellation made more than 30 days prior check in date.
·
         75% refund will be given to the cancellation made 15-29 days prior check in date.
·
         50% refund will be given to the cancellation made 8-14 days prior check in date.

But in any case there will be no refund in case of the cancellation made less than 7 days prior check in date.
The above policy is for general purpose only. The policy may differ according to the time frame your booking is made for (e.g. Christmas period, New Year period, declared black out period for a hotel, etc)
Our cancellation policy applies in every instance with no exceptions for any reason. We strongly recommend that you purchase- Trip cancellation and baggage insurance.

 Travel Insurance:

For your safety and protection, we suggest you to have insurance before you leave you home town.

Passport & Visa

You must hold a valid passport (execpt for Indian Nationals) and travelers are responsible for all visa applications (for further information & assistance on Visa please write to us). In the case you require our further assistance please do not hesitate to write to us at hello@infinitytours.com.np

Health

A physical examination is recommended for all travelers.

Your Final Agreement

The schedule contained herein is subject to change without notice and by making reservations with us and depositing your advance payments with us, you agree to all terms and conditions and agree that you are bound thereby. By booking any of our services using our website www.infinitytoursnepal.com/ www.infinitytours.com.np or other websites of our subsidiary company and electronic form of transferring data for the purpose of booking a tour you have agreed to abide all the afore mentioned terms and condition.
